About Isaac Tours | Rita
Throughout my life, I have been deeply passionate about people, storytelling and creating meaningful experiences. From writing books and composing music to founding Isaac Tours and Isaac's Light of Joy, every chapter of my journey has been shaped by a desire to inspire, connect and create lasting memories.
My path has taught me the value of purpose, resilience and remaining open to where life leads. Every new experience has brought opportunities to learn, grow and discover new ways of serving others through creativity, travel and meaningful connections.
It was through my travel journeys, that I discovered a passion for guiding others, public speaking and sharing experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Those same experiences also inspired the creation of Isaac's Light of Joy, a collection of handcrafted candles and artisan vessels designed to bring warmth, beauty and meaning to homes, celebrations and special occasions.
Every experience, whether joyful or challenging, has become part of a greater story. I believe each season of life shapes who we become, reminding us that there is always hope, beauty and light to be found, even in the most unexpected moments.

The Call to Israel
Where purpose found a new direction
In time, life led me to Israel, a place that would profoundly shape the next chapter of my journey.
Surrounded by the history, beauty and living stories of the land, I discovered a passion for sharing its remarkable culture, landscapes and heritage with others. What began as a personal journey soon grew into a calling to create unforgettable travel experiences that are meaningful, enriching and filled with discovery.
And so, Isaac Tours was born.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading 16 successful tours to Israel, creating memorable experiences centered on connection, learning and exploration. Each journey is designed to be more than sightseeing, it is an opportunity to experience the history, culture, landscapes and stories that make Israel so extraordinary.
Light Born from Purpose
Craftsmanship, resilience and hope
At the same time, my husband, despite his health challenges, rediscovered purpose through working with his hands.
Together with his late brother, an engineer, he developed a unique skill in crafting lightweight perlite cement. What began as a practical skill gradually became something much deeper, a creative expression of resilience, craftsmanship and hope.
From this, Isaac's Light of Joy was created.
Every handcrafted candle and artisan vessel reflects the belief that beauty can emerge from life's challenges. Each piece is carefully made to bring warmth, elegance and meaning to homes, celebrations and life's most memorable moments.
Two Passions, One Journey
Creating meaningful experiences
What began as a journey of rebuilding and discovery has grown into two complementary passions, creating unforgettable travel experiences and designing handcrafted pieces that bring warmth and beauty into everyday life.
Today, our business brings these passions together:
- Isaac Tours, offering thoughtfully curated small-group journeys through Israel, where history, culture and unforgettable experiences come together.
- Isaac's Light of Joy — creating handcrafted candles and artisan vessels for weddings, events, homes and meaningful gifts, each designed with care and
attention to detail.
Whether through travel or craftsmanship, everything we create is inspired by a desire to bring people together, celebrate meaningful moments and leave lasting memories.
We look forward to continuing to share both our handcrafted creations and our curated travel experiences with people who appreciate beauty, connection and authentic experiences.

My Journey
Resilience, faith and rebuilding
Life has a way of bringing unexpected challenges, moments that can change everything in an instant.
In October 2003, my husband suffered a brain aneurysm. Thankfully, he survived, but our lives were forever changed. Unable to return to his career, we were suddenly faced with the reality of rebuilding our future and providing for our family of four.
The road ahead was not easy. After going through sequestration, I knew I had to step forward and create a new path for our family. While the journey was filled with uncertainty, hope, perseverance, faith gave us the strength to keep moving forward.
I moved from working as a property agent into business, beginning a new venture with my youngest daughter. Through every challenge, we remained hopeful, believing that each step forward was leading us toward new opportunities and a brighter future.
